POSITION DETAILS

Location: Prosper TX

Employment Type: Full-Time

Hours : 9am - 5pm (Monday through Friday) or 12pm - 5pm (Monday through Friday)

Compensation: $18–$25.50 per hour (Based on Experience and Education)

Level 2–3 Autism Cases

We are seeking a highly skilled and dependable Registered Behavior Technician with 2+ years of experience working with Level 2–3 Autism cases who is confident implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs.

REQUIREMENTS

Active RBT Certification (preferred)
Minimum 2 years ABA experience with Level 2–3 cases
Experience addressing aggression, SIB, elopement, or severe behaviors
Proficient in spoken and written English
Strong organization & communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Comprehensive Responsibilities

I. Direct Clinical Services

  • Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings

  • Deliver ABA services in home, clinic, school, and community environments

  • Implement individualized skill acquisition programs under BCBA supervision

  • Implement behavior reduction protocols as prescribed

  • Follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with treatment fidelity

  • Teach socially significant behaviors including:

    • Communication skills

    • Social skills

    • Reading and academic readiness

    • Personal self-care skills

    • Adaptive living skills

    • Work and vocational readiness skills

  • Utilize evidence-based ABA strategies including:

    • Reinforcement systems

    • Incidental teaching

    • Pivotal Response Training

    • Natural Environment Teaching

    • Intensive teaching procedures

  • Reinforce positive behaviors consistently

  • Monitor client progress and behavioral responses during sessions

  • Identify emergency situations and determine appropriate action to ensure child safety

  • Facilitate client transitions between agencies, programs, and service levels

II. Data Collection & Documentation

  • Collect, record, and summarize observable behavioral data

  • Track and document progress on individualized treatment goals

  • Provide accurate and timely session notes

  • Maintain clear, professional documentation of interventions, goals, and objectives

  • Enter data into electronic systems accurately

  • Ensure compliance with documentation and productivity standards

  • Exercise necessary cost-control measures

III. Parent & Caregiver Collaboration

  • Assist with parent and caregiver training per BCBA direction

  • Communicate client progress effectively to parents and caregivers

  • Support caregivers in implementing behavior strategies at home

  • Maintain professional rapport with families

IV. Supervision & Team Collaboration

  • Work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors

  • Participate in supervision meetings and team collaboration

  • Communicate effectively (orally and in writing) with administrators and team members

  • Promote a team-oriented environment

  • Represent the organization professionally at all times
